Absolutely...you can use this list to submit manually if you like. :) Though honestly, I'm not sure where he is getting his data from, but don't write off spinning until you have tried this method and have your own proof (real hard data) that it is pointless. Basically, what I am asking is if you think that one could successfully use your system minus the spinning part...in other words, submit one article many times rather than spun versions once (or a few times).
